Many Canadians require access to legal services but all too often make 'too much' money to qualify for legal aid but don't make enough to utilize the full services of a lawyer.

Our system functions too often as a “legal” system and not a “justice” system. Systemic change - beginning with access and increasing the voices heard - will allow “justice” to be better served.

you are closes to correct, it is not at all a justice system,, and so naturally, does not produce justice, lawyers will do anything, no matter how low, to win, even when they know it is wrong, judges not only allow this,, they actively help them do it. If you are playing their game you cannot be heard. Rules of evidence are not followed., personal insults are regularly directed at you, and all in open court, it is a joke to go there imagining justice exists,
